Clean and comfortable, with views across the village common, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower over the bath,lounge/kitchen/diner.

Enclosed patio area, parking for 1 car.

Bed linen, gas central heating, electric included in price.

No smoking or pets. Guests are asked to arrive at 4pm and depart by 10am. A deposit of £60 per week is requested on booking and the balance to be sent 30 days before the hire period. If the booking is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded.
