Wonderful listed barn beautifully refurbished to an exceptional standard. All rooms have truly stunning views of the Blakeney coastline. Situated on Mariner's Hill, overlooking the quay and wildfowl areas, guests are so close to everything Blakeney has to offer. The house is perfectly situated for a short stroll to the well stocked supermarket, deli, shops, pubs and restaurants. The charming ensuite bedroom with king bed and White Company furnishings has a double wardrobe, dressing table, white Samsung HDTV and views across the wildfowl ponds to the dinghy park and beyond. Both our lovely spacious twin rooms have wardrobes, further storage and more great views. NEW - LCD tv's with Freeview to both twin rooms! Flooring is a mixture of jute, tiling and oak.

In the adjoining boathouse you will find:

Note: Please bring beach towels and supply bedding if using the travel cot. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Kitchen, dining and living areas are on first floor, therefore young children under five and those with limited mobility may not find the house suitable due to the stairs.

Two valuable private parking spaces for boat or cars. The adjacent sun trap garden has been replanted and the terrace extended for dining and relaxation with wooden table and chairs for six and a breakfast table for two. The terrace has lighting for evening BBQs and there is a further tiny terrace to the front of the house. Plenty of space to store cycles, canoes or pushchairs during your stay. The best outside feature has to be our new balcony with acess via bi-fold doors. This provides the most amazing and hard to beat views no matter the weather and all year round!
