Coopers is a beautifully furnished cottage in the picturesque village of Burnham Market.
Brancaster and Holkham Beaches are only 10 mins drive.
The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, both are ensuite – one has a bath and the other a shower. Both beds are King size and one can be split into twin beds

If two people would like to rent the cottage and only use one bed – both bathrooms can
be used – there will be a small reduction which is difference in laundry charge
Coopers is unfortunately not suitable for children under 9. However babies can be accommodated if you are able to bring your own travel cot etc.

There is parking for two cars
Coopers is situated in a small development of 6 cottages built with traditional materials, on the southern side of Burnham Market.
It has the advantage of two parking spaces and is only a 7-8 minute walk to the centre of the village with its shops, cafes and the famous Hoste Arms.
Being situated away from the bustle of the village green guarantees you a parking space, and a quieter holiday.
A garage and shop about 2 mins down the road sells all the essentials and rents out DVD's.
