A very well equiped three bedroom character cottage in a peaceful village setting with stunning views over open cornfields.
Coniac Cottage is fully furnished with three bedrooms.
1. Double Bed
2. Two Single Beds
3. Guest Bed which is a normal single but can be pulled out making a twin room 2 x singles.
There is a modern bathroom with shower and W.C. on the first floor and an additional W.C. on the ground floor.
Living area has leather sofas and extending dining table with T.V including digital Freeview and DVD player with a selection of classic movies Troy, King Arthur, Hitch Hikers Guide, Garfield, Shark Tale, Alexander, Bourne Supremacy, Italian Job - the original, The Good,Bad and Ugly etc. The DVD also plays CD's through the television and there is a wide selection of music CD's. There are also several games to keep you amused.
The fully fitted kitchen has electric oven and hob with extractor above, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and everything you would normally find in a modern kitchen.
Central heating, electricity and bed linen is included in the price please bring your own towels though.
The backgarden is bright and gets plenty of sun during the day, mostly after lunch. There is a garden table and chairs provided.
Off road parking for two cars is to the side of the building.
The cottage is two minutes walk, past the village duck pond, from the Jolly Farmers a friendly pub with excellent food, wine and beer.
Within easy reach you will find, Holkham Hall, Sandringham, Houghton Hall, Titchwell RSPB, Cley Bird Reserve, Holkham and Brancaster beaches and...... too much to list.
