Cockleshell Cottage - Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

Cockleshell Cottage has recently been refurbished, and offers very comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year.

The accommodation comprises:

Entrance porch from street - storage area for boots and coats etc. One door leads to: Kitchen - fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Another door leads to: Sitting room, comfortably furnished with 2 sofas,TV-DVD, gas fire, books and games. Dining area with table and chairs. Understairs cupboard houses washer-drier.

Stairs lead from the sitting room up to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom which has an over bath shower. One bedroom has a king sized bed, one has twin beds and the third has a single bed.

Cockleshell Cottage has gas central heating. Cot, high chair and stairgate available. Electricity, gas, duvets, bed linen all included. Bath towels can be rented for a small charge.

A door leads from the kitchen to the enclosed garden which has flowerbeds and a decking area. Picnic table and BBQ provided. Just round the back of the cottage is the garage.

This delightful cottage is available for weekly self-catering holidays commencing on a Friday throughout the year, and for short breaks out of season.

Non smokers only. I dog allowed.

To welcome you on your arrival there will be a pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, wine and cake or biscuits.

Delicious home cooked meals can be provided by arrangement.

There is an enclosed garden which is a real sun trap during the summer afternoons. The property also offers its own garage which can house 1 car.

Cockleshell Cottage is located in a charming area of this traditional North Norfolk coastal town. It is a few minutes' walk from the quay, the shops and the popular Buttlands. Wells also boasts a fantastic sandy beach. Fishing boats still come in and out of the harbour and the children love gillying for crabs from the quayside. The North Norfolk coast is an outstanding area for birdwatching.
