Church Cottage is described as being of 'ancient' origin and has been lovingly restored using traditional materials. It has a vintage feel, particularly the kitchen which combines modern appliances with old world charm.

The cottage comprises:
Entrance hall with coat hooks
Downstairs cloakroom
Kitchen, with Rayburn, fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine and table and chairs
Family room with sofa, TV/Video, table and chairs, toys and games
(All the above areas have pamment floors with rugs)
Sitting room with woodburner, CD/tape player
Large landing with full sized cot, nursing chair and desk
Double bedroom with pretty fireplace and patchwork quilt
Twin room with exposed beam, fireplace and walk in cupboard
Single room with large single bed, patchwork quilt and exposed beam
Bathroom with exposed beam, shower, bath, basin and wc

Outside, the enclosed garden is laid mainly to lawn with a handy herb bed outside the back door and a magnificent bay tree. There is a variety of garden furniture avialable and a barbeque is provided.

Prices are fully inclusive of heating, electricity, linen, towels and use of beach towels. Beach toys and crab lines are also provided!

The cottage has been in my family for several generations and I was born in the house next door! Now we bring our young family here to share the beautiful North Norfolk coast and the landscape and communities I know so well, so the cottage has a homely feel to it. On arrival you will find a welcome tray with milk and biscuits, and also a selection of condiments and dry goods in the storecupboards, including tea and coffee. All we ask is that if you use something up, you replace it!
