DOWNSTAIRS: Entrance hall with cloakroom. Door through to the comfortable sitting room with two leather sofa’s, tub chair, oak coffee table, driftwood table, gas burning flame fire, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod dock and CDradio player. There are collections of CD’s, DVD’s, books, magazines and games.
Double glass doors open into the spacious light airy kitchen dining area. The kitchen includes numerous equipped shaker style cupboards, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an extendable oak dining table with leather seating for six looking out of the patio doors onto the decking area in the rear garden.
UPSTAIRS: There are three spacious comfortable bedrooms comprising of master double with en suite shower room with pedestal basin, WC and shaver point, hand carved double pine bed with goose and feather duvet and pillows, pine bedside chests, pine chest with mirror, built in wardrobes and flat screen portable TV, second with twin beds, which can be zip linked to make a super king bed if required, pine bedside chests, pine dressing table with mirror and built in wardrobes and a third with twin beds and white wooden bedside chests. The spacious family bathroom is a white bathroom suite comprising bath with shower mixer taps, pedestal basin, WC and heated towel radiator.

Highchair, travel cot, stair gates and pushchair can be provided on request. Also provided are cool bag, flask, picnic rugs for days out, ironing board, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and hairdryers for guests to use.
OUTSIDE: The private part walled rear garden is fully enclosed with raised decking area laid to Scottish pebbles with a sand pit, garden furniture and barbecue perfect for lazy Spring, Summer afternoons or Al Fresco dining and washing line. To the rear of the garden is a brick built garage with two additional off road parking spaces with access to the garden by a gate.
LOCATION: The cottage is situated on Station Road leading towards North beach. Heacham is a peaceful attractive coastal village without the brash amusements and entertainment found in some seaside places. There are two excellent beaches, North beach and South beach, with North beach being closest to the house only a short walk away. You can stroll along the promenade from North beach to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, only 2 miles away, or catch the local bus a few feet away from the cottage; time table in the cottage.
Just a short walk from the cottage is a newly opened Tesco Express, Co-op, friendly pub serving quality food, butchers, bakers, Post Office, restaurants, fish and chip shop, DIY store, electrical shop, gorgeous home furnishings store Bradfield and Son, newsagents, Boots, Doctors surgery, Veterinary surgery, hairdressers, chiropodists, bicycle hire, 13th century St Mary’s church, children's play area and lovely walks for dogs.
Heacham’s major tourist attraction is Norfolk Lavender on the edge of the village including Cayley Mill and can be visited free of charge.
There is a newly opened links Golf Course at Heacham plus links courses at nearby Hunstanton and Brancaster and a parkland course at Castle Rising, King's Lynn.
Heacham’s greatest claim to fame is Pocahontas shown in the village sign in Elizabethan costume.
A wonderful walk from South beach takes you to the RSPB reserve at Snettisham. Holme-next-the-Sea Nature Reserve is en route to Titchwell RSPB heading towards Brancaster.
Snettisham Park Farm is less than three miles away, where you can see the famous red deer or feed lambs, kid goats and piglets.
Inland, you can visit the Queen's country home at Sandringham, 6 miles away. Holkham Hall makes for an enjoyable day out with a footpath leading from the estate to Holkham Bay with one of the finest sandy beaches, fringed by pine-studded sand dunes.
The famous Georgian village of Burnham Market is a 10 minute drive away providing beautiful shops and the renowned Hoste Arms pub.
Kings Lynn offers shops, restaurants, theatres etc.
