Utility Room: Washing machine/tumble dryer.
Shower Room: WC and basin. Separate shower.
Sitting Room: Comfortable and very cottagey with a newly installed gas 'logburner' in the large inglebook fireplace. TV with Freesat and DVD player. Comfortable sofas with views to the church and green.
Norfolk winder stairs to the first floor note that these are a little steep, but there is a stair rail.
First Floor: Long landing with seating, storage and bookshelves.
Bedroom 1: Pretty twin room. Twin beds with tables and lamps. Wonderful views to the church.
