Brent Cottage - Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

Brent Cottage is a traditional brick and flint detached cottage very close to the Quay and all the facilities that Wells-next-Sea offers; the shopping street is two minutes walk away, and comprises butcher, greengrocer, baker,newsagent, deli, supermarkets etc.

Brent Cottage is ideally suited to family holidays as well as short breaks for bird-watchers, walkers, sailors etc.

Weekly rentals will commence on Fridays, and low-season short breaks are also available.

All beds have duvets and bedlinen and hand towels are provided,and bath towels can be rented for a small additional charge.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking and one dog is allowed at a small additional charge.

A welcome pack will be provided after your journey, including bottle of wine, milk, cake etc

The walled south-facing garden is a beautiful sun-trap and provides the ideal place to relax. A barbeque and garden table are provided.

Covered car parking is provided.
