GUEST REVIEWS
1.Hello Angie, Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our week in your cottage. We would recommend it to our friends without hesitation. Thank you again for your hospitality.
2. We arrived at Brancaster cottage, a beautiful barn conversion at the end of a hidden lane on a sunny January day, with parking right outside the front door.
We were presented with a freshly baked loaf, still warm - which was very welcoming after our journey, luckily we had taken a few provisions with us, so we had butter at the ready - delicious! The dining table in the lounge area was set with tea and biscuits and a complimentary bottle of wine - and Angie and Brian had also remembered our dogs and there was a Bonio for each of them – greatly appreciated!
The cottage was very cosy and warm and well equipped, especially with those little things that you may forget to take with you, ie, shower cap, tissues, cotton wool.
The super king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had THE best nights sleep in ages!
The garden was very pretty and secure if you have dogs, I’m sure a sun trap on a good day.
The footpath to the coast was literally next door, a lovely tranquil walk to a peaceful, sandy beach.
If travelling around the area, there are some lovely pubs to visit too!
Angie and Brian, the owners, were friendly and helpful, whilst not being intrusive.
Highly recommended. C and R

Escaped from Cambridge on Thursday evening for a minibreak (hurrah) in beautiful Brancaster. We stayed in the most delightful of cottages about as close to the sea as you can get there – just on the side of the wonderful marsh and about 1/2 mile walk along the dyke ridge to the best beach in the universe. It was heaven.
The cottage was wonderful, managed by a wonderfully warm and kind lady and her lovely husband. They made us feel more at home than we do in Cambridge, and gave us cheer when needed and space to just be the rest of the time.......
