Originally part of the Felbrigg estate, Boundary Farm Cottage is a detached brick and flint property with character features such as exposed beams and brickwork, pamment floors and latch doors. There is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and central heating. It is an ideal 'home from home' at any time of the year and children are welcome.

Spacious sitting room with TV and DVD and wood burning stove in inglenook.

Steep stairs to three bedrooms - one double, one small single bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a child's bed for child up to 10 years. There are duvets on the beds and bed linen is included.

Bathroom with shaver point and electric shower over bath.

Travel cot and highchair available.

All electricity, central heating and bed linen are included in the price, please bring own towels

There is an enclosed sunny garden and lawn with garden furniture and plenty of space for children to 'let off steam'. There is enclosed parking in the driveway for several cars.

The cottage is ideally placed to explore the many attractions of North Norfolk, the broads and the coast.

The cottage is situated 'end-on' to the road, 2 miles from Cromer and 1 mile from Felbrigg Hall and Park, managed by the National Trust. Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with miles of sandy beach, an end of pier show, cinema and shops and restaurants.

There is a wide range of sports such as golf, fishing, riding and many lovely coast and country walks nearby. Within easy travelling are market towns, the Broads and all the attractions of Norwich.

The nearest shop, pub and post office are 2 miles away.
