Bookshop Cottage, so-called because of its situation adjoining a former bookshop - is 80 yards from the High Street in Holt and so within stepping distance of restaurants, pubs, galleries and all the delights of the premier shopping destination of North Norfolk. Holt is just inland from the Heritage Coast and only a few miles from Cley and Blakeney.
The cottage offers accommodation for three in one double and one single bedroom with a spacious bathroom. Downstairs there is a fully equipped dining kitchen and a small sitting room with T V and DVD player.
All linen is provided.
At the rear of the property there is space to park up to two cars and a sunny terrace with table and chairs.
Booking is from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am and the weekly charge is £250.00.
A non-returnable £50.00 deposit is payable one month in advance with the balance on arrival.
