It has a pretty south-facing private, enclosed back garden. There is off-road parking in the drive adjacent to the attractive front garden. It is situated near to St Nicholas Church, and is within easy walking distance of the Quay 7 minutes, pubs, restaurants and shops. A peaceful, comfortable and attractively furnished bungalow near to the end of a cul-de-sac; an ideal base for a coastal holiday. SHORT BREAKS 2 OR 3 OR 4 NIGHTS AVAILABLE.
ACCOMMODATION
· Lounge Diner with LCD digital TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large window overlooking the pretty south-facing rear garden.
· Bathroom - bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
· Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave.
· Double bedroom - 4ft 6” bed, is also furnished with a dressing table and stool, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
· Twin bedroom - two 3’ beds, also has a fitted cupboard, dressing table with stool and a chest of drawers. The door to this bedroom is from the entrance hall.
Both the bedrooms face the attractive front garden. Modern beds with comfy mattresses are made up with duvets and modern co-ordinated duvet covers and according to your needs as specified on your booking form. There are extra blankets for chilly winter nights. Linen, towels and electricity are all included in the rental.
