Electricity: £1 meters control all daytime and off-peak night storage heaters and hot water supply.
General: There is NO LINEN. There are pillows, blankets and duvets for all beds. Please bring sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, teatowels, bath mats. There are 5 airing blankets but they are not the sort you can sleep on.
Deposit: £50 when booking with balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Letting Period: Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 1400, vacating by 1000 to allow for cleaning.
