Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with spare single bed, 3 single bedrooms, 2 large drop-side cots need flat single sheet, bathroom and separate wc.
Equipment: 2 fridges, large freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, microwave, electric heaters, airing blankets, television, telephone.
General: There is NO LINEN. There are pillows, blankets and duvets for all beds. Please bring sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, teatowels, bath mats. There are 5 airing blankets but they are not the sort you can sleep on.
Deposit: £50 when booking with balance due 3 weeks before arrival.
Letting Period: Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 1500, vacating by 1000 to allow for cleaning.
The garden is large and fully enclosed.
