L-shaped kitchen: ordinary kitchen with small breakfast area seating 4, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, electric oven 4 ring hob, deep freeze. Functional kitchen units, 2 x windows - one overlooking River Glaven, one down into rear garden and to Cley Windmill. Steps down to rear lobby, WC and to back door and leading out through garden.
Utility room, rear lobby: Functional space with sink, drainer, tumble drier, clothes rack, hooks, WC. Rear door to back garden - main access door to cottage.

We have a narrow parking space within rear garden suit small hatchback only. Additional unrestricted parking directly beyond garden on the land by the Windmill. Note all access to the house is via the back garden Windmill side.
