Separate luxury equipped kitchen and dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, Nexpresso coffee maker, Miele fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine with dryer. Cloakroom.

Second floor bedroom with king-sized bed, on-suite bathroom with bath and high pressure shower.

Lovely views across the marshes and out to Blakeney point from the bedroom and living room.

Supplied with crisp white linens, towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
