DOWNSTAIRS has a small well equipped kitchen which leads to a loungedining area. Main bathroom also downstairs with bath, over-bath shower,washbasin and w.c.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1 - double bed, colour TV and ensuite with washbasin and w.c.

Bedroom 2 and 3 - 2 single beds which can also be made up as large doubles. Please state preference on booking.

Alice Cottage is a pretty semi-detached cottage with a good sized enclosed garden.

There is a a decked area for outside dining, and a gravelled drive for parking.

Wolferton is a lovely, small village offering plenty opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching.

Sandringham House is only a couple of miles away and the local village of Dersingham offers most amenities.

From here it is easy to access the start of the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The historic town of Kings Lynn is six miles.
