The cottage is located in the grounds of Pomfrets house with stunning views across the meadows towards Burnham Overy Windmill. Leading off the entrance hall is a fitted kitchen-diner, bathroom and twin bedroom. The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and seating for 6. The bathroom comprises bath with overhead electric shower, basin and toilet. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds. Central stairs lead to a 40ft studio style room with sofas, TV and DVD at one end and a kingsize bed at the other. The cottage has electric night storage heating and additional convector heaters.

The property has its own reserved garden area within the 2.5 acre grounds of the main house. Generally the grounds of the main house are available, at clients risk, which has the river Burn running past the western perimeter of the garden.

BBQ + table and chairs are provided and an area for parking is reserved for guests in the main courtyard.
