This delightful cottage sleeps 4 in one double room and a twin room. It is well furnished to complement the character of the cottage, whilst offering the luxuries of modern living.
Ground Floor:
The sitting room is attractively furnished with comfortable seating,colour TV with freeview,DVD,and video player.
There is solid oak flooring throughout and a Victorian cast iron open fire.The spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted oak units, electric oven,extractor, fridge,microwave,table and 4 chairs.
Step up to lobby with stable door leading to rear garden.
The utility room has a w.c,washbasin,washing machine, boiler,iron and ironing board.
First Floor:
Double bedroom and wardrobe with hairdryer and mirror.
Twin room has fitted wardrobe and safety gate if required for young children.
Bathroom:
The bath has a over-bath shower,vanity unit with washbasin set into wall and w.c.
There are fully enclosed front and rear gardens with garden furniture. Off road parking if you are coming in more than one vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE:- Steep Staircase - Though it adds to the character and charm of the cottage, the spiral staircase leading to the 1st floor is quite steep.
We do feel it may be unsuitable for people with mobility problems and very young children /babies.
There is a stairgate for the twin room should one be required.

Electricity, oil-fired central heating. Bed linen, duvets and tea towels. - Towels are NOT included.
